Automated photo analysis is preliminary; uncertain or conflicting cases may receive manual review. Submitting a Lawn Review does not authorize homeowner marketing or automated text messages.

4. SMS Communication & Consent

Providing a phone number in a service-request form does not by itself create consent to marketing or automated text messages. If Centurion offers SMS communications, consent is collected separately through clear opt-in language. Service-related calls or emails may be used to follow up on a request.
