These Terms of Use govern use of the Centurion Landscaping LLC website and submission of service requests. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Website and service requests
Website forms allow you to request information or an evaluation. A submission is not an accepted job, approved scope, quote, price, schedule, authorization, or contract. Centurion may request measurements, additional photos, site access, or an on-site visit before preparing or finalizing a scope and quote. Every scope and quote requires human review and approval. Route and capacity are confirmed for each project.
2. Homeowner Lawn Review
The free Homeowner Lawn Review is a preliminary assessment based on three exterior lawn photos, the property address, and the size of the affected area. A reliable automated review may indicate that the lawn could be saved, repaired, or replaced. If the photos, measurement, or analysis are uncertain or unavailable, we provide a neutral email update and place the request in Joel’s review queue instead of issuing an automated recommendation. A verified affected area of at least 1,000 square feet, including exactly 1,000 square feet, meets only the area portion of automatic lead qualification. Verified service area, usable photos, the assessment result, and other review requirements also apply. Manual area estimates do not qualify automatically. Photo review may not identify every site condition, and an onsite assessment may be required before final recommendations, scope, or pricing. Submitting a review does not schedule an appointment, accept a project, or guarantee availability or a response time.
3. Photo and information authorization
You may submit exterior lawn and property photos and related information only when you own the property or are otherwise authorized to provide them. The Lawn Review requests one wide lawn view, one view of the damage pattern, and one close view of the active edge or transition between healthy and affected turf. Avoid including people, license plates, building interiors, access credentials, keys, financial or identity documents, or other sensitive material. Centurion and its service providers may process the submitted contact details, property information, photos, measurements, and preliminary assessment to evaluate and respond to your request, as described in the Privacy Notice.
4. Communications and SMS consent
Providing a phone number or submitting a form does not, by itself, create consent to marketing or automated text messages. If Centurion offers SMS communications, consent is collected separately through clear affirmative opt-in language. We may call or email you about the specific request you submitted, and we may reply if you initiate a text conversation. If you separately opt in to SMS, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Estimates, work orders, and services
Any actual project is governed by a separately issued and accepted estimate, proposal, or work order. That document controls the approved scope, price, schedule, payment terms, and other project-specific terms and supersedes conflicting website copy. Website content does not create a warranty, guaranteed price, guaranteed availability, or guaranteed result.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious material, or use its content unlawfully. Site text, graphics, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Centurion unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or used in a misleading way without permission.
7. Third-party services and availability
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Centurion does not control their content or availability. The website is provided on an as-available basis and may be changed, suspended, or unavailable.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Centurion is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing law and changes
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning website use will be handled in a court with jurisdiction in Pinellas County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Centurion may update these terms by posting a revised effective date.
